Split barge "Taghest" superstructure implementation

A complex handling operation was carried out by Merré shipyard with the superstructure implementation onboard the spilt barge SEEM 51-970ST "Taghest".
Expected delivery in 2016, this vessel, consisting of two half-hulls opening to the length and having pit excavations, is designed for dredging works. It will allow for example to recover and clay sand, riprap or mud. Ordered by a foreign customer, this split barge must be delivered by Merré shipyard by the summer.
